We first announce open positions inside the company. Our colleagues that want to change positions or refer a friend have the first chance.

For all applications regardless of position, we look for competence determined by the basic principles of our corporation. Because our colleagues are our most valued resource, we see having continuous learning culture as a must for success.


Orientation

For our new colleagues to familiarize themselves with NicEye Group, we give them Orientation Training on their first days. We explain our Corporate Organization, Procedures and Data Security policy, and let them get to know the company in detail.


Training

With the principle that knowledge sharing is the leading power that motives the team, we design subjects based on the needs of our colleagues and company, and announce on Corporate Training System and plan its occasion. In accordance with our continuous learning policy, we provide personal improvement at its best and offer up-to-date and correct solutions to our business associates.


Performance Evaluation

We make our performance evaluation and perform our reward system semi-annually. By designating measurable personal and corporal aims, evaluating and feedback processes, we can achieve continuous professional improvement as a team. Performance evaluation charts (that consist of personal improvement goals and general success criteria) are shaped by our colleagues and their respective team leaders. These charts are also updated by a higher level manager based on team and Performance System results take form. In this system, evaluation methods are in compliance with the transparency and equality principles that we defend.


Internship - Part-Time Work

We consider the internship process as the most productive way of training the young men and women that are starting their careers. We offer the opportunity to work during their summer and winter internship period to University grades 3 and 4, Technical and Vocational High school students. In addition to personal references, we contact the School Administration and request the eligible students to be diverted to our institution.
